1. CARE FOR YOUR ROSE When you receive your Rose Bush, please unwrap from the packaging, and follow these instructions on where to plan. The Floribunda Rose Bush must be planted in the garden within a week, the pot it is delivered in, does not contain enough nutrients to support the rose bush, and if these instructions are not followed it will waiver your rights for a replacement or refund. FLORIBUNDA roses need to be planted in the garden. Patio Roses, however can be planted in a pot, but please ensure the pot is at least double the size of the plant, it will need more care than the roses planted in the garden, so you will have to replenish the soil in the Spring, these roses need to be kept outside year round, as the name suggests they are patio roses and need to be planted in the garden or in a large pot on the patio outside throughout the year, never bring a rose bush inside, even if we have 10ft of snow, they survive up to -27 degrees. Failure to follow these instructions will waiver your rights for a replacement plant or refund. Plants need to have the right conditions to flourish, sometimes there may be inconsistancies the colour of the rose may be darker in the cooler months snd fade in hotter weather. sometimes when the plant is grafted it might be on different root stock and your rose bush may flower a different colour, we do try and ensure you receive the colour of your choice but as with all in nature there are some instances when changes will occur, root stock, weather, soil and where you plant the rose will have a difference on how your rose bush will grow, and we cannot guarentee these inconsistancies. We ensure when a plant or bottle of wine leaves our premises it is in perfect condition, we ensure to securely pack any fragile gift, if you have a problem with any live plant or bottle of wine, you can contact the delivery company, we use DPD, if the box is broken do not except the parcel and make a claim against the delivery company - please also contact us for the delivery number. Please note you have 24 hours after delivery to make a claim, this must be in writing, please send your email to This email address is being protected from spambots. 2. Sorry we do not give refund for any plant or gift bottle of wine/champagne after 24 hours, this must be sent via email.

3. If you are not happy with your gift this must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and this must be via email.

4. Please note when ordering your plant you must be aware of the process time, 4 working days are needed for all plants to be delivered, if you have ordered within that time, we cannot refund you, as we have made it clear on the order page. we will also try and deliver your rose on the date you require but we are dependant on the courier and sometimes it is outside our control.

5. We regret that you may not cancel an order for: (i) perishable goods once your order has been dispatched; or (ii) customised goods if as at the time you seek to cancel, the customisation process has begun.This complies with trading standards.

6. Sorry we do not deliver on Saturday, Sunday or Mondays, if your order states a delivery date as Monday it will be delivered on the nearest date which will be the friday if ordered before 10am on a thursday or Tuesday if ordered after that time. if it is a BANK HOLIDAY we will process on the next working day and delivered the day after i.e WEDNESDAY. BY PLACING AN ORDER WITH US YOU HAVE ACCEPTED OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

7. We will ask for photograhs of any damaged plant, you will need to send the plant back to us before a replacement is sent within 24 hours. If the plant is damaged in transit you

All our plants are unique, and as with nature, there will be inconsistencies between each, different soils will affect the size and colour of your roses ( please see above) and if planted in pots more feed is needed.  We cannot be held responsible for failure of the plant after 4 weeks from delivery. Sorry no refunds will be made.

However, images are intended to give a general idea of the gift described and do not form any contract between the purchaser and / or recipient and Rose Names.
