All Roses sold by Rose Names are sent out in perfect condition, we recommend that once you receive your plant, it is taken out of the box and planted in the garden or in a pot as per the care instructions which are included with the plant.

 

We cannot accept responsibility for any plant that fails to grow through the negligence or horticultural inexperience.

All our Roses are out door Roses and must be kept outside during all weather conditions.

During the Winter months the Rose bush will be dormant, it is still recommended that you plant the rose bush in the ground or a pot, because there are not enough nutrients in the delivery pot for it to thrive.

During the Summer months your Rose bush may not have flowers on, or we may have had to remove some flowers for transporting, we cannot guarantee that the rose will be in flower at the time of delivery as all plants vary in the time of flowering.

 

Guarantee of the Rose Bush

We will always supply roses which are of the highest quality, but as with all living things, problems can arise.   Any issues with Roses dispatched during the growing season from March to September must be reported to us within 7 days from the day of receipt via email  with photographs attached and we will assess on an individual basis.

From October to February the dormant months, any Rose bush that you have problems with must be reported to us no later than the 31st March you will need to send us an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. All our Roses are sent out in perfect condition and replacement of these roses is at the discretion of Rose Names.

 

Care of your Rose Bush

We have produced a leaflet which explains how to care and look after your Rose bush, this is included with your plant.

The Colour and Perfume of the Rose

As with all plants, the colour and scent may vary from one part of the Country to the other.

Generally, the scent is strongest when it is warm and dry.   The colour of the plant may vary in differing shades because of soil conditions and where it is placed in the garden.   We will do our utmost to ensure you receive the colour of your choice but because of the above we cannot guarantee a highly scented rose or exact colour of the rose.

 

Delivery of the Rose

We use DPD Next Day delivery if the plant is ordered before 10am, this excludes Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays.

If we receive your order after 10am we will make sure it is sent out on the next available date.  ie if you ordered your Rose bush on Thursday at 2pm the next available date for delivery would be Tuesday.

Once your plant leaves us it is in the care of the courier DPD, if you have a problem with the plant on arrival please email us at your earliest convenience with photographic evidence and we will take a look and assess if damage has been caused to the plant, If you have a problem with the plant on arrival for example a broken stock or soil spillage and some broken shoots, or the box is damaged, that does not mean the plant will not flourish we will assess each query on an individual basis.

We do not deliver on Saturday, Sundays, Mondays or Bank Holidays

 

Delivery Charges

To some delivery address there may an extra surcharge to pay.

Delivery to the Scottish Highlands and also some postcodes in the Scottish Mainland usually 2 day service, please put your details into our system before payment and click on the relevant category of your address and the cost will be adjusted £25. if you do not select the Country ie Highlands of Scotland this could result in a delay of your purchase.

Delivery to the Isle of Wight and the Isle of Man incurs an extra £30.

No Deliveries to the Channel Islands or Northern and Southern Ireland at the present time.

Unfortunately, we are unable to send outside the UK

If the wrong delivery details have been given to us Rose names holds no responsibility.

 

Orders and Cancellation

All payments will be transferred to worldpay upon confirmation of your order, you will receive an order acknowledgement from us and also one from worldpay, please keep this, as it is a receipt of the Rose bush and needed for tracking and updating you on your order.
